The escrow process, end to end.
Six clear steps, complete with dispute handling and safeguards for both sides.
1. Open the deal
Both parties fill in item, amount and payment method. A verified middleman joins the escrow room within 10 minutes.
2. Buyer funds escrow
Buyer sends card, SEPA or crypto payment. Funds are locked in Guerlan's segregated escrow account.
3. Seller sends the skin
Seller trades the item through the native game trade to the middleman for inspection.
4. Middleman verifies
Float, pattern, stickers and wear are compared to the agreed listing. Screenshots are logged.
5. Optional dispute
If either party disagrees, arbitration is opened. Evidence is uploaded, a decision issued within 24h.
6. Release
Item is trade-sent to buyer, funds are released to seller. Both parties rate the deal.
Buyer protection
If the item isn't delivered exactly as agreed, buyer is refunded 100% including fees. Escrow never releases funds early.
Seller protection
Payment is verified as cleared before escrow locks. Seller never sends the skin until the money is confirmed safe.
Dispute arbitration
Independent arbitration team reviews chat, screenshots and float data. Binding rulings within 24h.
