1. Company
This service is operated by Guerlan Provider LLC (Reg. number: 447013623), hereinafter "Guerlan", "we" or "the Company".
2. Service
Guerlan operates a peer-to-peer escrow platform for the trading of in-game virtual items. We hold funds in a segregated escrow account until both parties fulfil the agreed transaction.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction. Guerlan may require identity verification (KYC) for any transaction.
4. Fees
Fees are shown before confirming any transaction. Fees are only charged on completed trades unless otherwise stated. Full pricing is published on the Pricing page.
5. Trader responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing information, ownership of items and legality of trading them under the game publisher's terms. Guerlan is not a party to the underlying sale.
6. Prohibited use
Users must not use Guerlan for money laundering, sanctioned transactions, trading of stolen items or any activity violating applicable law. Accounts found in violation are terminated and reported where required.
7. Dispute resolution
Any trade dispute is first handled by Guerlan's internal arbitration. Rulings are final for platform funds allocation. Users retain their statutory rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guerlan's liability is limited to the escrowed value of the specific transaction in question.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
